We believe that being healthy means 3 things: Move well, Eat clean, and Be happy.
Our approach here is very simple - quality first, then quantity. We meet you where you are and work from there. All workouts are easily modified no matter your experience level. Our goal is to teach you how to move well and continue doing so into your 90s!
Nobody eats perfect and we don't expect that! We can give you some simple rules to help make healthy decisions.
Here are 2 rules we encourage:
Eat whole foods - something that grew in a field or used to run around in it
Plan ahead - Pack your lunch, plan your dinner, don't get stuck ordering out again!
We are so much more than a gym! At Free Will, you'll find an amazing community of people who are trying to be healthier, more fit, and have a little fun along the way. Meet your new biggest fans, support group, and cheering section. Physical fitness is just the start!
Physically, mentally, consistently. We'll do the rest.
