Why do you do CrossFit?
I do CrossFit for my goals. Goals of mine include a healthier lifestyle, interacting with a good community, and striving to be better all around. It is super rewarding to encourage and see other members achieve their goals as well.
What do you do for a living?
I work for a credit card processing company. I mostly program, make high level reports, and ask too many questions.
What is your best advice for someone just starting CrossFit?
My best advice for someone starting CrossFit is to scale and stick with the program! I won’t lie, it’s tough and at the same time very rewarding. Continue to challenge yourself to be better.
What is your favorite kind of workout or movement?
While my strongest movements are squats and deadlifts (always enjoyable). My favorite workout in the gym is kettlebell workouts and boppin’ to music.
What’s your favorite activity/hobby outside the gym?
My favorite activity to do outside the gym is spend time with family. I also enjoy photography, hiking, and hanging out with friends.
