Tearing your hands is part of crossfit. It's pretty likely that everyone will experience this at some point. We hang on to the bar just a little too long and a callous lets go. That being said, it can avoided with smart scaling and modifications. In today's video, we're encouraging you to avoid this like you would actively avoid any other injury. Check it out!
